Paprika Pork

There's a dish I make occasionally called Paprika Chicken that we really like. It's a Hungarian dish, and Jim's family is Hungarian. When I saw this Paprika Pork recipe in the Cooking Light magazine, it reminded me of the chicken recipe, so I thought we'd give it a try. I made it Friday evening, and it wasn't bad.
